SEMMA is proud to announce its submission to the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) Officer South Employment Precinct Structure Plan (OSEPSP) in support of the South East Economic Corridor (SEEC) Strategic Context Report to 2060.
SEMMA strongly supports the Three-Horizon Approach presented in the SEEC strategy, which outlines a comprehensive plan designed to address the evolving nature of employment areas through 2060 and beyond. To address this challenge, the SEEC Report champions flexibility while safeguarding strategically identified future employment land through a Three-Horizons approach.
This approach aligns with SEMMA’s vision for the region’s industrial and economic development, recognising that a forward-looking strategy is essential for long-term success. By embracing the Three-Horizons framework, SEMMA believes the region can adapt to evolving workforce needs and seize opportunities for growth in the manufacturing sector.
