We are experienced in both blue collar and white-collar recruitment and have worked across many national and multi-national companies, supplying both temporary and permanent staffing options.
Recent industry experiences in major construction projects in Victoria, as well as the manufacturing and warehousing sector, with a particular niche in metal works.
Our Team and Our Philosophy
People 2U specialise in providing solutions to our clients workforce/resourcing requirements. We take an active lead in partnering with companies to understand their pain points, and identifying areas we can support.
Our business has a unique skillset and work with a large and diverse pool of talent. We have made a name for ourselves by delivering some amazing results on major projects such as the Melbourne Metro Tunnel, part of Victoria’s big build. Our staff have long standing relationships within the metal works industry, and as such have been a preferred option when it comes to metal work projects on major infrastructure projects.
Further to this, we have also grown within the manufacturing and warehousing sector, through long-standing partnerships with a key group of clients in this space. We supply warehouse managers/supervisors, team leaders, forklift drivers (all forms), process/production workers, machine operators, line attendants, pick packers and general labourers.
